24 x 7 Home Inspection utilizes a reporting system that is detailed, comprehensive, and easy to understand. After the inspector performs a visual inspection of the property, the report is immediately issued identifying major and minor deficiencies, concerns, and recommendations as well as positive features of the property. The home inspection report is also loaded with helpful tips on how to upgrade and maintain your investment.
It is highly recommended that the customer be present to gain full experience and benefits of this intense inspection. If for some reason it is not possible to attend, we will follow up the report with a telephone call to review our findings with you.
